We ask that you contact the office no fewer than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you are unable to keep it. This allows us to use the time to care for others. There is a $40 fee for missed appointments. Patients who fail to keep 3 scheduled appointments without adequate prior notice of cancellation will be discharged from the Practice.
