Cancellation & No Show Policy

  1. All scheduled appointments are confirmed by Privia call/text and via the portal. Please provide the clinical & office staff with updated contact information at your visit.
  2. We understand that unexpected delays can happen. Our office offers a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your child’s appointment to ensure we can provide appropriate care to all of our patients.
  3. If a situation arises where you cannot keep your child’s appointment, we ask that you contact the office no fewer than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to use the time to care for others. Patients who fail to keep 3 scheduled appointments without adequate prior notice of cancellation may be discharged from the practice.
  4. A $50 No-Show Fee will be charged for each missed appointment
  5. A $50 Cancellation Fee will be charged for any appointment canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance.
